All prices, discounts, and promotions listed on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time of your order, including any applicable discounts or promotions, and will be clearly reflected in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include taxes or shipping/handling fees, which will be itemized at checkout.

We do our best to ensure all pricing and availability information is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel any orders affected by them.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • The payment information provided is accurate and complete

  • You’re authorized to use the selected payment method

  • Your card issuer will honor all charges

  • You agree to pay the full total, including taxes and shipping, regardless of price changes

By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you understand that the products purchased—whether consumable or topical—contain cannabinoids derived from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are FDA-registered and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for dietary supplements, but the products themselves are not dietary supplements and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

We make no medical claims. By purchasing from Barfly Hemp Co, you do so based on your own beliefs about the potential benefits of cannabinoids. All products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Refund Policy:
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, minus original shipping and handling costs. Items must be in original condition with valid proof of purchase. Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

Before returning any product, please contact us at letsdrink@barflyhemp.com or call (919) 818-5127 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Risk of loss or damage during return shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee on all returned items

We recommend using a fully insured shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 3 business days after we receive your return.
